There’s a large possibility that the conflict between Zhu Wuxin and Ning An during Marriage Matching Gathering was conspired and carried out by them. He really was too careless. If he had known earlier, he won’t give her any rights to choose, and won’t listen to what she said of being not same as before due to shock/stimulation she received. He should have just taken her away from the House to be with him, by his side. Perhaps then, she will not have to encounter these unfair things.

HongSan heavily punched the wall of the carriage, Xiao Hei who heard the loud noise from the outside, open his mouth and said “Young Master, the fastest we can go at this rate, we will arrive at the Capital the day after tomorrow.”

“Can it be faster?”

“Young Master, tomorrow is Miss JiLan’s birthday. Maybe the Master would look from the side of this celebration, and give Fourth Miss a way out[2].”

Xiao Hei calmly analyzed from outside the carriage curtain, “After all, the days before and after birthday have taboo on spilling blood. No matter how much trouble Princess Ning An want to raise, she would still give Master some face.”

Hongsan thought for a while, that make sense. He had been busy with other matters previously, almost forgotten about all this. Zhu Hou favoured this youngest daughter a lot, hard to say that he won’t immediately want WuXin’s life. If so, he will have enough time to rush back to save her.

Xiao Lian happily release a breath, “It won’t, Master definitely won’t demand Miss’ life.”

HongSan slide open the curtain to look at the sky, it has been said as such but the feeling of agitation has never lessened, “I hope so.”
